We are hiring:
The Regal is an established art deco theatre in the heart of the Tenbury Wells community. It is a creative centre with a diverse programme of live shows, cinema, workshops, events and broadcasts. The Regal is an independent charitable Trust and limited company. Tenbury Town Council own the building, and we jointly look after the heritage and maintenance of this treasured property.
We are currently undergoing a period of change within the Regal and exciting new opportunities have arisen to complete the staff team.
Operations Manager
Hours: 24 per week
Remuneration: £13.50 per hour
We are looking to recruit an experienced, organised and enthusiastic person to manage the efficient running of the building and coordination of staff for the variety of uses of the building. The Regal is open to the public for performances and events and hirers – this person will work closely with the Theatre Director, staff, Volunteers, and performers.
If you are a personable and effective Manager, enjoy networking and forging positive relationships with new and existing customers and contractors, have a proactive attitude this could be the role for you.

Volunteer Coordinator
Hours: 18 per week
Remuneration: £12.50 per hour
We are looking to recruit an organised and enthusiastic team player to coordinate and support our Volunteers especially drive recruitment of new volunteers.
We have a large team of experienced Volunteers, and this role is pivotal for recruiting new people, ensuring a good induction and training into the many different roles and team structure. The coordinator is the main contact point for Volunteer team coordinators and linking volunteers to the shifts to support the programme.
