The Regal Tenbury is a busy creative hub for the area, offering a mixed programme of live shows, cinema, workshops, and broadcasts. We are a registered charity and limited company. The Regal is an established Art Deco theatre in the heart of the Tenbury Wells community. Tenbury Town Council owns the building, and the organisation has been led by an independent Trust since 2012.

Duty Manager

Hours: 24 per week
Remuneration: £13.50 per hour

We are looking to recruit someone with a background of working in theatre and the arts who is organised and enthusiastic, with appropriate technical experience in performances and facilities management to take the lead during the hours when the Regal is open to the public for shows and events. The successful applicant will work closely with the Theatre Manager, staff, volunteers, and performers.

If you are a personable and effective manager, enjoy networking and forging positive relationships with new and existing contractors and have a proactive attitude, this could be the role for you.

The postholder will also take responsibility for Health and Safety and the maintenance of the buildings in collaboration with the Town Council.

Finance Manager

Hours: 12 per week
Remuneration: £15.00 per hour

We are looking to recruit someone with a background in financial management who is organised and enthusiastic to collaborate with the Theatre Manager and Trustee Treasurer in efficiently managing the accounts. 

 The postholder will manage all areas of the organisation’s finances, including Budgeting, Income and Banking, Payroll, preparation of Accounts and Management Reports. If you are experienced with essential skills and training, have a positive attitude as well as enjoying a busy and creative team of staff, volunteers, and Trustees, then this could be the role for you.
