The Return of the Blue Meanies

A new musical written by Dr Mia Gordon with music by Pete Thorogood.

The Regal School of Creative Arts is kicking off the year with an all new show inspired by the Beatles iconic 1968 movie 'Yellow Submarine' to mark the 60th anniversary since the band played the Riverside Dancing Club at the Bridge Hotel in 1963.

Synopsis:
Britain. The not too distant future. The Blue Meanies have taken control of the country and have banned all music and art. Can the intrepid girl band, The Ladybirds, defeat the Blue Meanies and bring music and colour once again to the country? A psychodelic journey with original music by Pete Thorogood
